Our mission is to solve complex problems when it comes to technology. Due to this, for our development team we only hire true hardcore Nerds that have tinkered with technology since early child hood. We will not ask you for a University degree, we will ask you what you have learned and developed yourself out of personal interest.

Of course we also have positions for administration, marketing, support and sales. Here it is totally allowed to not be a Nerd but a regular person :) 

Networking Support Engineer

For supporting international business customers on VPN router configurations, we are looking for a Networking Engineer who is willing to talk with customers, and solve networking problems together with them.

Requirements:

• You speak, read and write English fluently
• You are highly skilled in L3 IP Subnetting, IP protocols etc.
• You also are skilled on L2 switching, VLANs etc.
• You are an active Linux user
• You are willing to work adapting to EU time zones

The following are a plus:

• You speak additional languages, for example German
• You have worked in an international company before
• You also like to develop and code stuff
• You are curious and want to learn how things work

Hardcore Linux Developer

You will be working with x86 and ARM based platforms, but also with all kinds of micro controllers. We are looking for true low level hackers. You speak C, Assembler and additional languages.

• You constantly want to learn new things
• You love challenges. The harder the puzzle to solve, the better

• Experience with micro controllers

Doing hybrid work in both Germany and then on Koh Phangan, this job is perfect in case you are planning to have a permanent residency on Koh Phangan. 

To date most of our customers are located in the EU, many in Germany. Therefore as a minimum, you must be able to speak, read and write both German and English perfectly. Additional languages will help, especially Thai or Turkish.

You must be willing to commute between Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and Koh Phangan often. Over time, the amount of travel and stay in Germany will gradually reduce.

You must need to know basics about accounting and office mangement. You will be the one handling each and every paperwork to pass on to our external tax accountant.

You also will be handling a very small team of Nerds who mostly are on the autistic spectrum. This means you must be a good and emphatic communicator. It also means you must be able to show clear authority when needed.
